A heavy defect is a defect that seriously reduces the practical performance of the product. If the tip slip degree is not qualified (iridium head sand hole, iridium fragment is not more than 0.2 mm), the length of the big crack of the pen neck, the tip sleeve, and the rod sleeve is not more than 2 mm, the length of the crack of other parts is less than 5 mm, the missing tooth of the pen tongue is less than 2 teeth. Serious defects refer to those kinds of defects that are more than heavy defects and which have lost or seriously lost practical performance.
